Oh dear, our boys lost last Saturday 3-2 against Failsworth Dynamos Reserves, although they fought a good battle! Chin up boys you still played really well! To boost your stamina and fitness you could try some of our Real Lancashire Tripe! Jess Ennis’s mum used to make her blended Tripe, it obviously did her some good! Good Luck for this Saturdays game.

The ‘Real Lancashire Blackpudding’ team are doing very well so far in the 2012/13 season, having won 3 out of their 4 first matches. Winning the Local Derby against Rossendale Amateurs 4-2 on Tuesday 29th August. And our very own Production Supervisor James scoring the winning goal on Saturday 1st September against Old Boltonians A team winning 3-2. Well Done James and the rest of the team. Bacup United kicked the new season off to a great start with a fab win of 6-2, with Real Lancashire Black Pudding’s very own Jimmy scoring the 3rd goal. Well Done boys and keep it going!
The Football Season is Over!
After a very busy few weeks the ‘Black Pudding’ Football team finshed in 9th place in their division. Not bad at all eh especially when they crammed all the post-poned matches (due to our lovely Lancashire weather!) into the past few weeks and managed not to concede a loss in the last four matches.
