Meet Bacup United.

For the last two seasons The Real Lancashire Black Pudding Company have sponsored our local football team Bacup United.

We are proud to sponsor a local team which many of our workforce play for:

• Joe from H&S/Maintenance is Bacup United’s Manager.
• Dave our Driver is Goalkeeper.
• James our Production Supervisor, Jimmy also from our Production Department, Ben from our Packing Department and Danny our Accountant all play for Bacup United.

Also Sara’s (our director) husband plays for Bacup United and James’s brother Steven.  Also there are members of the team who have worked for The Real Lancashire Black Pudding Company in the past, Matt who plays and is also the teams secretary and also Matt G who is Danny’s (the accountant) brother!  Hope you’re keeping up!  All in all it can be said that it’s a bit of a family affair both at work and within the football team!
