Everybody wants a bit of Black Pudding over Christmas. If you want to get your hands on some before Christmas day from our online shop the cut off point for orders is Monday the 18th December at Noon. We will ship your order out on Wednesday for Delivery on Thursday the 21st December.
After this Delivery Schedules at cut off points will return to normal. See below:
All postage costs include the temperature control packaging, ice packs and a 24 hour courier service.
Postage & Packing terms and prices quoted are to delivery addresses on the UK Mainland only. For all other deliveries please contact us for a quote.
Orders made before the cut-off point of 1pm on Tuesday will be dispatched on Thursday for delivery on Friday. Please note that we do not make courier deliveries during the weekend. If there is a delay for any reason we will email you. If you miss the cut-off point your order will be dispatched the following Thursday.
Our products are sent out in temperature controlled packaging, if you will not be available on Friday to receive these please provide an alternative address, such as a work address, or to leave with a neighbour etc. We cannot be held liable for deteriation caused to the product if you are not available to accept delivery and refrigerate upon arrival.
If you provide a safe place to leave the Parcel it is down to courier drivers discretion and cannot be guaranteed that they will leave it here. You can track your order with the tracking number provided here.
Back Orders; If an item is out of stock we will email you to discuss options i.e when the item will be back in stock, alternative or refund.
